Our pricing strategy is anchored in the pursuit of predictability. Over time, we've experimented with various pricing models, including our sprint based model and per-hour rates, each presenting its own set of advantages and challenges. From our years of experience collaborating with teams of diverse sizes, we've realized that the subscription model has become the preferred long-term approach for our clients.

Our subscription model offers the assurance of continuous access to a best-in-class design team, eliminating the need for estimating project costs, dealing with many invoices, managing fluctuating billable hours, or incurring the expenses associated with hiring a full-time senior designer.

We get this question all the time. The annual salary of a full-time, senior-level designer can be very high, including the cost of providing benefits. On top of that, extensive training will usually be needed for that hire. At Orizon, we’re all about providing a stress-free and flexible experience for our clients. You’ll receive continuous access to a world-class design team without the commitment of a full-time hire, at a fraction of the cost (not to mention we work at a much faster pace too 😉). You’re in control and will be able to activate and pause your subscription as needed. Can you do that with a full-time hire?

When you sign up, we’ll create a shared board in Trello that will serve as the source of truth for all the initiatives we’re tackling. You can create requests by adding information to a new Trello card. You can add as many requests as you want 😃. We will tackle them one at a time. If a certain task is more urgent than another, let us know, and we’ll be able to prioritize them accordingly.

One thing you’ll hear over and over from our clients is how fast we’re able to work. Typically, you will receive updates on your requests every 1-3 days on average. Design projects can vary quite a bit in scope depending on the specific task. For smaller tasks, a delivery will usually mean a completed design. For more complex requests, we’ll break the work out into milestones and deliver these updates accordingly.

No problem! Iteration is part of the design process. With a subscription model, we can revise your designs until you’re 100% happy with the result.

Figma is the main tool we use for design.
For website implementation, we primarily use Webflow.
For motion and animation tasks, we mainly use AfterEffects and Principle.

Once you sign up, we’ll create a shared Slack channel where you can reach out to us quickly at any time. We'll discuss design tasks there and share updates with you throughout each week.

If a call is needed at any point throughout the subscription, we will be available to make that happen. However, for our typical subscription model, we try to keep conversations as asynchronous as possible so that hours can be spent getting work done. We do have different models available where we integrate more with your team and can accommodate daily or weekly calls. Please contact our team for more information.

The amount of work completed within a given time frame is intricately tied to project complexity and the number of tasks at hand. The level of detail provided for a task also plays a crucial role in determining how much work can be done in a specific time frame.

For example, if you request a website design and have already put together a creative brief, moodboard, copywriting, etc., we can promptly dive into the designs right away. However, in cases where some of these components are missing, our team will work closely with you to define and, if necessary, generate them. It's important to note that this collaborative effort will naturally lead to a longer time frame to ensure the delivery of a polished end product.

We do not offer refunds. However, you are free to cancel your subscription at any point with a 2-week notice given to our team.
